Guarantee and Refund Policy:
A (20%) restocking fee will be charged for all returned orders. All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for a new and unopened product based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@heliaorganics or your Sales Representative. They will provide you with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. For all products that were delivered in excess of the 30 days, are considered final. All Special-Order products are non-refundable i.e. White Labels, Bulk (Raw Material) and Custom formula.
If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing. You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. Pictures of damaged products must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval. Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval.
We encourage all clients to contact us if there is an issue with products received. If any goods are missing or damaged client must notify the company within 3 business days after shipment is received. All transactions will appear as “Helia Organics LLC”. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for approval of refund for credit to be issued. For your convenience, confirmations of all refunds will be sent via e-mail.
